こんにちは，エマです．

​

アフリカ・西部に在地するベナン共和国出身で，高校卒業後に留学生として来日し，日本語学校及び大学・大学院を経て，現在大学教員・研究者として勤務しています．第二母国の日本で国際的な研究をして活躍する姿を発信していくことこそが，延いては母国ベナンの発展にもつながるのでないかと強く思っているので，日々仕事・研究に励んでいます．
ヒューマンコンピュータインタラクション，認知心理学，や感性学などの知見を結びつける領域を研究対象にしています．人間への共感，気配り，意欲を引き出すような知的情動能力を備えた計算機システムの社会実装・普及に挑戦しています．具体的には，計算機システムの感情知能（Emotional Intelligence）の高度化が計算機から人への情動伝染（Emotional Contagion）や，人の意欲，及び学習能力の向上に与える影響を研究しています．最近は，知的対話エージェント(計算機)との英会話を通じてヒトの第二言語会話意欲の向上を図ることに取り組んでいます．

趣味はサッカー観戦，異文化交流，キャンピングなど．
